Section 23
Institute of Sanskrit Studies to be converted into Vidyapeeth
(1) The educational institutions under the Institute of Sanskrit Studies which are in operation in Nepal at the time this Act comes into force shall be converted into Vidyapeeth after the commencement of this Act.
(2) The head of each university shall be the principal.
